Your battery won’t last long if you’re using the iPad a lot. You can help your battery charge last longer by adjusting the brightness of the screen. You might not ever need to use it as bright as it can be.
Did you know that you can create folders on your iPad? To start, hold your finger over and app until it jiggles. Then drag the jiggling app onto another icon and let go. This will create a folder that holds both apps with a name that describes the category the apps fall under. Then, you can rename the folder.

You can access your Google Calendar in the Calendar app on the iPad by choosing, “Mail,” “Contacts,” and “Calendars” under the Settings menu. You can then go to Add An Account and then Other. Tap that you wish to Add CalDAV Account and then put in the information for Google. You can then exit the settings and access the calender through the app. There you have it!
You can view the apps running on your iPad. You can run many iPad’s apps in the back while you are doing other things. If you aren’t sure what you have left open, push the home button twice. The currently running apps will appear on a bar. This will be located at the bottom. When you are finished with this area, swipe down and the bar will be gone.

Adjust the settings in order to see more than just two lines from emails prior to opening them. Go to the Mail menu under Settings and choose “Preview.” Increase the number of lines listed. This will allow you to see more of your message for quicker skimming.
